REMINDER XMAS CHARITY SHOOT NEXT SUNDAY 22nd January

Our Xmas Charity shoot was postponed from last month to next weekend. This shoot has three main objectives:

  1. To present an opportunity for all members to get together and talk, so enjoying each other’s company and the festive season, even if delayed.
  2. To have fun by taking part in an unusual competition for rifle and shotgun.
  3. Most importantly, to raise money for the local charities we support.

 

The format is a “bring a prize to win a prize”. The entry fee is €20 all of which goes to charity. The rifle competition is 15 shots at an unusual target designed to give everyone a chance of winning. Club rifles and ammunition have to be used to level the playing field. The shotgun competition is 10 clays in a simple format, again to level the playing field. Please do come and support this event.
