Gallery Rifle and Pistol Competition Results 30th April 2023

The rising sun cast a rosy hue across the morning sky as it greeted thirteen East Coast Shooting Club members to our monthly gallery rifle and pistol competition. The format of the day was the 25m Precision target (SBP25P) target set at the 25mts mark with the HPS being 300.030. We had twenty-four entries across four disciplines. Once again, my thanks to Hugh D for standing in for me and running the shoot. He was assisted with the RO-ing by Paul F and Kevin B with me taking the last detail allowing him to shoot.
The small-bore pistol open sighs (SBP) honours went to Rex C with Sean McE taking first place with his ‘red dot’ in the any sights (OSBP). Frank B won the centre fire pistol (CFP) and Paul F won the gallery rifle (GRSB) competition. Well-done to all who took part. Full results below.
I wish to thank everyone who turned up to shoot what was a very enjoyable competition. Our next monthly competition shoot will be on the 28th May 2023 when the target will be the Timed and Precision 1 (T&P1). We will start the first detail at 10:00hrs.
