Shooter of the year Competition. 27th Sept 25m Precision
The first monthly competition in this year’s SOTY was held on 27th September. There were 14 shooters taking part who shot in 22 competitions.
The weather was so bad we had to wait until 11.00 to start when the rain stopped. It was a good turnout considering the weather. Thank you to the hardy shooters who turned up . eager to show they could shoot in any weather and , hopefully, surpass their previous results! When we shot the sun shone and the wind disappeared!
We had a couple of new entrants, and it was also great to see the rifles being well represented. We have a club 1022 rifle so if anyone wishes to take part in these competitions it is there to use.
