Monthly Pistol Competition Report 29th June 2025. 25m Precision
The shooter of the year 25m Precision was held on 29th June. The weather was very warm and with no breeze. This may account for the good turn out this month and everybody in good form. We had 15 shooters taking part in 21 competitions. As usual SBP was the most popular discipline. This was won by C C with H D second 1x ahead of third placed A H. C C also won the CFP. S McE came out first by 2 x ahead of B P. in the OSBP. So, some tight competition this month. Congratulations to all. It was nice to see some new faces taking part and hopefully with the good weather we will see more people in the coming months. As an FYI for those who may have put competition shooting on your application forms to the Gardai, they do check, so even more reason to get some competitions under your belt.
The next competition will be T & P 1 on 27th July
