Notice of the ECSC AGM Tuesday 7th November.

The AGM of our club will be held at 8:00pm in Baker’s Corner Pub, Dean’s Grange on Tuesday the 7th November. All members are urged to attend to hear how the club is getting on and discuss plans for future development.

The business of the Annual General Meeting shall include;

The minutes of the previous AGM. Followed by:-

  • The Chairpersons report.
  • The secretary’s report.
  • Membership Secretary’s report
  • The treasurer’s report and presentation of previous year’s accounts.
  • Safety Officer’s report
  • Section Officer’s report
  • Such other business as the agenda may prescribe.
  • The election of members at large to the Executive Committee for the forthcoming year.
  • Any other business.

Officers other than the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer shall deliver reports if so requested by the Chairperson, or if the secretary should receive in writing no later than 15 days prior to the AGM such a request from any member of the Club.  In any event they shall stand ready to answer questions from the floor.
