MONTHLY SHOOT 25 MARCH 2018
March’s shoot suffered from a bad case of the ‘winter blues’ with a low turnout of only seven entries for the pistol monthly shoot, and no interest in the gallery rifle. Well, it HAS been a long, cold, miserable winter!! Lets hope things get better in April.
This month we used the NASRPC Multi-Target format, using iron sights or red dot devices.
Congratulations to Frank B who completed a clean sweep in all three categories, neat shooting indeed but well done and thanks to everybody who took part and tried their hand!!
My warm thanks to the team that stepped in to conduct this shoot in my absence, especially Mark O’D for transporting the targets and score sheets to the rage and to Mark and the Range Officers who helped out on the day.
Next shoot is planned for Sunday 29th April 2018, first shots away at 1030hrs, and we’ll be using the NASRPC T&P 1 format.
