February Pistol Competition Shoot Report.
COMPETITION RESULTS
MONTHLY SHOOT 25 FEBRUARY 2018
Yesterday saw a good turn out with 15 entries for the gallery rifle and pistol monthly shoot. It was a nice crisp morning and the shoot went well. Sylvester put in a very good score in the pistol event on the NASRPC Multi-Target of 84 x 120 using iron sights. Congratulations to Sylvester and also to Sean Mc, who put in the pistol high score of 85 using the ‘Red Dot’. In the gallery Rifle Ed P. did very well considering that he used a bolt action rifle. Anthony F. put in a personal best in the gallery rifle with 109 x 120. Well done everybody!!
My warm thanks to the team that helped conduct this shoot in my absence, the Range Officers on the day were Cathal C., Mark O’D. and Anthony F., in that order. Next shoot is planned for Sunday 25th March 2018, first shots away at 1030hrs.
